Our community youth group embarked on a mission to foster creativity, inclusivity, and joy among its members through a series of diverse programs. I was tasked to develop digital flyers for three initiatives that brought families and children together.

Program 1: Sunny Days Camp for Preschoolers
Objective: To provide a stimulating and fun summer experience for preschoolers aged 2-5.
Results:
The day camp reached full capacity, demonstrating the program's popularity. Positive feedback from parents highlighted the trust built through previous successful programs. Families expressed interest in future youth group initiatives.
Program 2: Park Playdate
Objective: To create a fun, casual, and inclusive environment for multigenerational families to connect and build relationships.
Results:
Families across all age groups participated, fostering a sense of community. Informal playdates led to spontaneous friendships and strengthened community bonds. Word-of-mouth referrals contributed to an increasing number of attendees.
Program 3: Mosaic Workshop
Objective: To provide an artistic outlet for children aged 7-12, encouraging self-expression and creativity.
Results:
The workshop drew an impressive turnout, exceeding initial expectations. Parents praised the engaging and educational nature of the workshop. The success of this program generated anticipation for future events.
Conclusion:
By maintaining a cohesive visual identity through soft pastel colour palettes, engaging imagery, and consistent branding, the community youth group successfully created a series of programs that not only achieved their objectives but also built a sense of belonging and excitement within the community.
